We have a fantastic new Toolkit feature to tell you about.

Playlists let you quickly and easily pull together resources into one place. You can revisit your favourite content and share playlists with your colleagues.

Why playlists?

You told us you wanted to curate relevant content that supports your own learning and development activities. Or simply share stuff you know your colleagues will love.

Up till now, we created lists of resources for you manually – and designed PDFs for you to pass on. Not only do these take time to create, but PDF links sometimes break. 😠

Quite simply, you wanted a better experience. And taking more control of your toolkit frees up our time to create amazing new content and features for you. Which makes us happy, too!

What do playlists do?

With the new feature, you can add articles, videos, infographics and more to your bespoke playlist. Give it a name, a short description, then share with individuals, teams or your whole organisation.

How we created playlists

First, we spoke to you, our toolkit users. We asked you what you wanted, then briefed our designers to come up with some options.

Our customers then helped us test the designs, pick the winner and refine the experience. And we didn’t stop until playlists ticked all your boxes!

Good to know

At GoodPractice, we like to build and release new features – fast. Only by getting something out to you, can we get capture the feedback we need to keep on improving.

Got any ideas for improvement? Please speak with your account manager, because we want you to love this new feature as much as we do.

So far, you’ve asked for the ability to add external content and reorder resources. Don’t worry, we’re on it!
