Last week as part of a presentation on 'How managers learn' I shared this video that the team at GoodPractice had madeĀ about 'the five moments of learning need' as set out by Conrad Gottfredson and Bob Mosher in their excellent book, Innovative Performance Support. Nigel Paine provides a good review of the book. The video got a great reaction and I think it demonstrates really well the different stages of learning that need to be supported to make a real difference to performance. Let me know what you think?
