Last night we attended the prestigious Learning Awards in London, and were absolutely delighted to win the Gold award in the External Learning Solution of the Year category.
This is in recognition of our partnership with international spirits company Edrington to develop and deliver their digital performance support platform The Edrington Academy.
Our CEO Peter Casebow reflects on this award:
“I can’t thank Jo Hughes and her team at Edrington enough for their encouragement and trust, but most importantly for their desire to spend time fully evaluating the impact of The Edrington Academy. That’s top class L&D. Jo and her team pushed us to make sure the Academy was truly fit for purpose.”
“I’m also so pleased and proud of everyone at GoodPractice and the years of work that have gone into developing inspirational solutions that leaders and managers want to use to improve their performance. This award is recognition of the fact that when organisations provide the right performance support, it has a massive impact on individuals and organisational performance.”
Jo Hughes, Head of OD at Edrington said:
“This award is the result of a truly great partnership between Edrington and GoodPractice. Working with the team at GoodPractice is just fantastic, they have gone above and beyond our expectations to understand our needs and deliver The Edrington Academy – a resource which has really transformed our L&D offering.”
The Edrington Academy is an innovative digital learning hub for the entire business. Based on our Toolkit for Leaders, the Academy is a truly bespoke solution developed in response to Edrington’s needs.
The Academy provides high-quality digital learning resources which improve the capability of leaders and managers right across this global business. It also supports graduate development and mentoring programmes and integrates seamlessly with Edrington’s existing systems and resources.
