A bit about me: I have been with GoodPractice for over four years, initially working as a Senior Account Manager and now heading up the Client Services and Account Management team. My role is to ensure my clients get the maximum ROI on the services we provide them with; usually by driving user engagement. By understanding my clients' needs, I am able to tailor the way they deliver the resources to the end user accordingly.
The best thing about my job is: working with lots of different people in a wide range of businesses and business sectors. No day is the same and I am always learning new ways to help make our toolkits work most effectively for our clients.
My biggest personal goal is: to not look back with any regrets and not be afraid to try things (except bungee jumping).
If I won the lottery I would: visit as many football stadiums across the globe as I could before the money ran out.
