Senior Client Services Account Manager
A bit about me: I joined GoodPractice’s Client Services team as a Senior Account Manager in 2016. My primary role is to ensure our clients’ needs are met by understanding their L&D goals, showcasing our tailored resources and helping them drive engagement among their user groups. I have previous experience working in biomedical sciences, aerospace and defence.
The best thing about my job is: Having the opportunity to work with such a wide variety of interesting clients. It means every challenge is different and I get to keep learning.
My biggest personal goal is: I know this is an opportunity to say something amusing or insightful so apologies – it’s simply to make my family happy.
If I won the lottery I would: If we’re talking tens of millions I’d buy a big, old boat and start ticking off “places to visit” and live wherever summer is. Family and friends in tow of course.
