Chief Operating Officer
A bit about me: I’m Chief Operating Officer at GoodPractice, which means I try to keep my nose out of everything that’s happening in the business. Sometimes I succeed. I've been involved in Learning and Development in some shape or form for the past 15 years – I love that so much has changed, but I’m equally excited about how much more there is to do.
The best thing about my job is: the people I work with and the sheer variety of the work we do.
My biggest personal goal is: I've found that life has tended to take me in directions I hadn't anticipated, mostly for the better, so I don't really have any 'big' goals - I just want to be happy, content and have interesting and challenging things to work on.
If I won the lottery I would: we’re talking millions here and not just a tenner? I don’t really have any idea. I’d imagine you can only travel so much before getting homesick. If anyone would like to sponsor me to test that hypothesis, do get in touch …
