Senior Client Services Account Manager
Sales and Service
A bit about me: I have a rich and diverse foundation of experience; I started my career in a military context, moved into learning and development in the financial services sphere (with a brief detour into the legal practice realm) and happily find myself in a place where I really feel like I belong. Working as a constructive part of a team has always been a priority for me – and GoodPractice is all about delivering, together, for our clients and partners.
The best thing about my job is: the range of people (both internally and externally) that I get to deal with on a daily basis. GoodPractice is populated by some of the brightest, most creative people I’ve ever had the good fortune to work with. And I love the clients we do business with – Learning and Development professionals tend to have a delightful optimism about the people and teams they support, so it’s great to be able to engage with them and to discover ways to help them deliver for their organisations.
My biggest personal goal is: to gain proficiency in another language before I’m dead.
If I won the lottery I would: hire a villa on a remote island, invite my closest friends, immediate family members, and a team of financial advisers, then devise our plan to take over the world (or at least how not to squander my winnings)!
